You will find articles giving details on how to set up your pressure control switch. It sounds like you have adjusted it so far out of proper position that you're going to need to start over again.

This sounds as if there is a blockage in the home itself - have you tried first simply removing the faucet strainer or shower head to see what happens to the flow rate?

I have a 25' standpoint well with a new bladder pressure tank. It is about 50' to the point where it enters a new mobile home. Water trickles from the fixtures, and not enough to drop pressure in the tank for about 5 minutes before it kicks on.

The tank keeps 44 lbs of pressure and does not lose pressure. I can turn on the faucet at the t on the pressure tank and there is plenty of pressure, and plenty of water in the well. The pump cycles as it should with the pressure settings on the tank. The house has never had water in the system, and I can't seem to get the lines to charge. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

I don't know what's making the noise you hear, but it ought to be pretty easy to rule-in or rule-out equipment in the central heating room: ask the maintenance person to escort you into the room when the heating equipment or other equipment is operating to see if you hear similar sounds. Some noises are normal, others can indicate pending trouble such as a failing motor bearing or buzzing electrical relay.

My apartment is just on the ground floor just above the central heating room. I can hear the beeping/ buzzing high frequency noise, like ringing in the ears, from time to time throughout day and night. Can the noise from the heating room? Is it kind of defect noise instead of normal machine noise? What can we do about it?
