Thanks for that helpful question.
FIRST try the simple Logic Combi 35 Reset Instructions given by the manufacturer.
To restart the boiler press the RESTART button.
The boiler will repeat the ignition sequence if a heat demand is present.
If after that the heater won't run, check the error code on the display at the top of the unit in that little square window.
I don't have a clear image of the error code displayed on your Logic Combi 35 heater photo, but I think I see just an "F" showing

Your Logic Combi 35 may be one of the older older Logic Combi boilers before the ESP1-series.
In that manual we see that the "F" code alone signifies
Boiler frost protection - boiler will fire if temperature is below 5 degrees C.
Your heater's display suggests that the right manual for your unit may be the
IDEAL LOGIC COMBI 24,30,35 USERS GUIDE [PDF] (2015) - older models similar to those in the manual just above.
For that boiler here is the reset procedure:
To reset boiler, turn the mode control knob (D) to reset position and immediately turn knob back to required setting.
The boiler will repeat the ignition sequence.
If the boiler still fails to light consult a Gas Safe Registered Engineer or in IE a Registered Gas Installer (RGII).
