Notes to the table above

Diagnostic site survey identifies causes, sources, and extent of mold, allergens, certain other hazards.
Lab work identifies molds and toxicity of mold or other particles present.
Report includes a remediation plan which specifies the extent of cleanup and containment needed.
Report includes Building repair specification to avoid recurrence of problem mold.

Mold clearance inspections are appropriate after a mold cleanup or mold remediation project has been completed.

Payment Methods: We accept payment for services by check, credit card / PayPal, or cash, and we provide invoices for our services. Payment instructions and options, including how to make payments online are described at PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.

Future Consulting, No Fee. We do not bill for follow-up consulting regarding services we have provided.

Other services:

Emergency on-site microscopy lab services are available for immediate hazard determination.
Forensic particle examination, paint failure analysis, moisture measurement, and aerobiological diagnostic microscopy available.
Bacterial testing available including sewage leak or backup contamination.
Odor cause diagnosis
Testing for specific indoor residential toxic gas hazards such as Benzene, Carbon Monoxide, Formic Acid, Formaldehyde, Toluene, VOC's, MVOC's, fire and combustion products screening, etc. are available.
