Awosting

A woman awoke in Awosting, aware of a waining world.

Alas! How she cried, all hope now has died, all over, and finished, and dried.

Killed by a kook in the whitehouse, who stole everything ever in sight,.
No trust, no friends, leaving bodies, upends, scattered left and to right..

Court, senate, house, each one a louse, liars and quacks, insane, off track.  
A world now more dangerous, they giggle and sigh .

More war ios ahead ( just ask Xi} Depression and dread
fill up one's head., death by Amazon, and AI.

Don't weep for your tears will be wasted, on gold statues and ballrooms by night.
Nor cry for the dead, nor the wounded who bled, the whole world is sick from this blight.

From a to z, nothing left too see, not untouched by these greedy fools,
ruin so wide, every care thrust aside, just billionaires left alive, now alone on their islands of cash.

While wildfires burn in the North Shore, theyt spurn, a symbol of losses worldwide,
the rest of us weep., destined to sleep in this smoldering mountain of ash.
