Water Pump Runs but Water Doesn't Enter the Water Tank
Pump sends water into pipes but not into our JoJo water storage tank
Our borehole fills a Jojo tank from where we use the water for irrigation.
When we use water the Jojo is not filling (a water level sensor in Jojo switches borehole pump on and off automatically).
When the Borehole Pump switches on and we can hear water filling the pipes to the Jojo, but nothing flowing into the Jojo.
Couldnt find a blockage in the pipes, green light on at borehole with no error messages.

If you hear water filling the pipes but no water entering the water storage tank I suspect either a blockage at the tank entry or a pump that has a damaged impeller and is unable to lift water to the tank, or a well that's about out of water.

It's also possible but uncommon for someone to install a shutoff valve between the pump and the water tank or water pressure tank. So double check to be sure that eithere there's no valve or the valve is open.
Watch out: some water shutoff valves, particularly gate valves, may appeare to be "open" but if the valve stem is broken internally the valve may actually be closed. Or in water systems that are high in sediment or debris, that material can also clog a water shutoff valve.
