While I did not find an Elite water softener manual that exactly matches your photo, a water softener control head, in several models over a number of years, the Fleck-Pentair 6700 was used on several water softeners sold under various brand names including Fleck, Pentair, Elite, Hydrotech; they all will work similarly.

The Elite water softener brand was also used by GE, Sears Kenmore, and by a company Elite who sell softeners that look like yours
