Watch out: Mineral wool is not an asbestos material. However we explain at MINERAL WOOL - ROCK WOOL INSULATION there were some mineral wool products that deliberately combined asbestos, such as layers of asbestos paper, with mineral wool, and other inventors experimented with combining other fibers such as flax with mineral wool to reduce its tendency to settle in vertical installations such as wall cavities.

I was looking at the wikipedia and they do not have history with asbestos, I've been researching and OWA is an asbestos-free, company is this right?
I will also attach a photo showing the production date of the ceiling (i see 22/01/01 i am right?) in the suspension system where these ceilings were located was marked by a date, this was (05/22/00)
this is an extract from wikipedia "On September 24, 1948 Friedrich-Karl Rogge founded together with eight other shareholders and companies the wood fiber board Odenwald GmbH in Amorbach. With initially 60 employees, they produced acoustics and insulation boards based on wood fiber. [4]
In 1960, Rogge discovered mineral wool in the USA and acquired a license to produce novel products.
In 1964 the name was changed to Odenwald Faserplattenwerk GmbH and the short name OWA with the current logo was introduced. The term "Odenwalddecke" ("Odenwald Ceiling") originates from this period for the drywall acoustic ceilings.
In the late 1970s, a plant for the production of mineral wool was created. Basalt's "black wool" shaped the look of OWAcoustic panels for about 20 years. Since 1994, perlite, another raw material in mineral plates, has been processed by the company itself.
In 1987 Dirk Rogge, [5] son of the company founder, took over the management together with Rainer A. Wagenmann. Ten years later, production was switched to bio-soluble mineral wool ("white wool"), which is made from a mixture of sand, glass, dolomite and lime."

Transparency in composition OWAcoustic®-mineral ceiling tiles are free of asbestos and formaldehyde. A statement from the German Institute for Building Physics is available.
