While of course the ceiling tile in your photos could be a cellulose product (not asbestos), given the lack of information about its manufacturer, age, and ingredients, and its gray color that suggests it's not simply a wood-based product, I would treat the ceiling as presumed to contain asbestos - until you can have a sample tested.

That's not a reason to panic.

As long as the material is intact and is not being demolished so as to create dust and debris, the hazard from just being left alone, in place, is most-likely below the limits of detection.
