Though we're still researching this question, May Tech appears to be out of business.

But at least some May Tech water conditioners and water softeners used a water softener control head from Fleck Controls, or from Clack controls, so a good place to start is to look through the control heads at

MAY TECH WATER CONDITIONEr
Model No: MTPN515
Year: 2006
CONTINUOUS FLOW
Is there a manual somewhere for this head? I've only found similar ones and the programming is fairly different.
Trying to figure out the cycle times and which cycles is which.
The display is red and there's a decimal too.

@Maria,
It would help to see a photo of the water softener control head and another photo (in a subsequent comment) if its data tag.
What we have on that softener is at

Trying to understand if I can find any information on May Tech water systems. We have this softener system installed in our house and I can't find any information on it anywhere.. One of our units is leaking and we need to fix it.
All I have is a serial number and a model number but even searching by those two items I'm unable to find anything. MayTech / Model #MTPA522 / Grain Capacity 1.5 / Serial No: 67874-033C00.
I have pictures as well, but there are 3 tanks (two have controllers).
Kathy I'll see what else I can find. What's the country and city where your water softener equipment is installed?
Almost certainly it was installed by someone local - a call or two may find the installer.
Often local water treatment companies buy and re-sell tanks and control heads made by just a few of the larger manufacturers such as Fleck; you could thus look through the equipment photos on this page to see if one of the control heads looks similar.
It's also useful to pinpoint the leak: it may be a simple plumbing connection or an O-ring that can be bought locally and installed by a plumber.
WaterRight may be the manufacturer.

In Harrisonburg VA, for example, May Supply's website claims to sell a MAYTECH water treatment system
maysupply.com/residential-water-treatment/
I have asked that company if they can offer any information.
Maytec America http://www.matecamerica.com/ sells industrial water treatment equipment and doesn't appear to be the right information source.

Thank you! The business that installed the system is no longer in business but its in the Martinsburg, WV USA area
I'll look through the Fleck models to see if I see anything similar to our control head. I believe it's leaking somewhere in one of the inputs near the control head (my husband would know more).
I'd feel 100% better if we had a manual on it but we bought it with the house 8 years ago and there wasn't one.
We haven't had an issue until it started leaking.
Kathy,
Please give us call at 540-433-2611 and ask for Mike Heatwole. We will be able to provide you with the information you need as well as recommend a contractor if you are in need of one. We are more than happy to assist!
