We have a super hot boiler model SS180 with serial# SLJ-1125. We cannot get a straight answer as to age. Please help

Thank you for the question about finding the age of a Super Hot boiler, Linda.
There are a few age-decoding suggestions that vary by the format of the Super Hot boiler serial number on the heater's data tag.
Super Hot Boiler S/N Format: YY-ABC-1234 encodes the year of manufacture in the first two digits: YY
Super Hot Boiler S/N Format: ABC-1234 and also ABCD-1234 are used on older boilers but I have not found a reliable translation for those formats. That's why you're not getting a straight answer to the boiler's age.
OK so what now? I'm still looking for more data on Super Hot boiler age decoders.
Super hot boilers are made by Allied Engineering Co. and can be dated back as early as at least 1947.
I use these guide above when it fits and include a "sanity check" on boiler age against other important data including the country, city, and age of the building where the boiler has been installed, records of modifications to the building heating equipment, and notes on the boiler's service data tickets.
Sometimes by looking around we can even find the original IO manual for the boiler that may contain a hand-written installation date or at the very least a (C) date on the manual.
Please post photos (one per comment) of your Super Hot boiler data tag and of the boiler itself, and tell me the building age and location.

I have Allied Boiler Super Hot SG180, just a month old. Strangely enough it suddenly stopped working, giving Error Code 59; AC voltage out of specification high or low. Boiler gets call for heat, ignites pilot, ignites main burner and then turns off, and proceeds to repeat sequence. How do I solve this mystery?

Boiler gets call for heat, ignites pilot, ignites main burner and then turns off, and proceeds to repeat sequence. Checking main wiring going into boiler. It reads 80v AC when connected to boiler, yet when disconnected it reads 120v AC.
Not sure why power would drop like that? It is 100yr old house renovated in the 1970's but I am unaware of aluminium wiring (as far as I can see anyway). The ground appears to be ok. How do I solve this mystery?
Kory, that sounds like either a true voltage problem - check the actual voltage level and see if you can find out if there are significant voltage variations in your area - OR a control board problem. As the system is brand new I'd expect it to be under warranty and that a service call would be appropriate.
On voltage variations, that's not a feature of old houses but might be a feature of the house wiring, electrical service incoming voltage, or problems in wiring or in an overloaded circuit supplying the boiler.
Do let me know what you find - what you learn will assist others.
